2. Sales Tax

Piano Fantasy is located in the Netherlands, address; Sint Ursulahof 24, 5995CG, Kessel. We are subject to collecting VAT in the Netherlands; VAT registration number: NL001839750B29. Depending on which country the customer buys from, VAT calculation is done automatically by ThriveCart. Business owners from EU countries other than the Netherlands can fill out their VAT numbers at the checkout. Dutch business customers can ask the VAT back from the Dutch tax service.

3. Returns & Subscription Cancellations

  • 100% Money-back guarantee covers the paid price of the course only. E-books don't fall under the Money-back guarantee and are excluded from refunds. If a course and E-book are purchased together in a bundled pricing option, the amount of refund will be the total paid price minus (-) the standalone price of the e-book as listed on the website. 
  • Customers must contact our support department to request a refund on any of our products. Once a valid refund request is submitted, the refund process will take no more than 30 days (usually much quicker than that). All refunds will be returned to the original credit card and PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account.
  • You have THIRTY (30) days from the date of the original purchase to return the product to receive your refund. Any return received after the THIRTY (30) DAY time limit will not be processed.
  • Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to anyone customer for one specific product more than twice. There is an unlimited amount of orders that a customer can place for one specific product, but the money-back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than twice.

4. Use License

Permission is granted to download one copy of the materials on Piano Fantasy's Website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:
