Pro Membership works well for note-readers who already play some pieces and want to improve how their playing feels and sounds — at any level from early intermediate upward. Some advanced players join specifically to rebuild or refine technique and sound, and find it fits their goals well. If you are a complete beginner without note-reading yet, you may need some prerequisite work first.

Yes — 15 days, no conditions. One email to the address on your receipt within 15 days of purchase, and it's done. For renewals: you control your membership. Cancel any time before the renewal date in your account dashboard, and your access continues through the period you already paid for.
