2. Returns & Subscription Cancellations
- A 100% Money-back guarantee covers the paid price of the course only. E-books don’t fall under the money-back guarantee and are excluded from refunds. If a course and E-book are purchased together in a bundled pricing option, the amount of refund will be the total paid price minus (-) the standalone price of the e-book as listed on the website.
- One-to-one services are exempt from refund and won’t be refunded.
- Customers may request a refund only for services that state a money-back guarantee. For this, contact our support: [email protected]. Once a valid refund request is submitted, the refund process will take several days, never more than 30 days. All refunds will be returned to the original credit card, and the PayPal orders will be credited back through PayPal.
- You have 14 days (two weeks) after the original purchase date to cancel a product to receive your refund. Any return received after this period will not be accepted.
- Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than once. A customer can place orders for one specific product multiple times, but the money-back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than once.
